A material for PVC is all plastic shoes, boots, slippers and sandals, high miners soles, etc., due to the limitations of PVC materials and the reason for the shoemaking technology progress and development, gradually PVC footwear products, more replaced by pu and SBS elastomer material. However, there are still some PVC shoe products in the domestic market, and some of them have been modified. This kind of article is simply introduced here. One, the formula design point PVC shoe product has foaming and not foaming two kinds, have the injection molding and the molding press two kinds of different processing mode, but the main design principle of the formulation is basically consistent. 1. PVC resin: mainly based on SG - 2 and3 resin, and SG - 4 and 5 are also used, which mainly depends on the performance of shoe products. For PVC resin indexes, the general requirements of the apparent density are slightly smaller, and the plasticizer has a higher absorption volume, less fish-eye and uniform particle size. 2. Plasticizer: its additive amount is larger, generally in 60 ~ 80PHR, mainly DOP and DBP, suitable for DOS cold plasticizer and cheap epoxy ester and chlorinated paraffin. Sometimes it is necessary to use epoxy soybean oil, citrate and other environmental plasticizers. 3. Stabilizer: opaque products are mainly composed of lead salt compound stabilizers or metal soap with three salt and two salt. Transparent products are mainly composed of organic tin and calcium zinc composite stabilizers. Depending on the variety, the amount of addition varies greatly.
4. Lubricant: usually based on stearic acid and paraffin wax, can also be used with polyethylene wax or oxidized polyethylene wax.
Foaming agent: for products that need foaming, foaming agent is indispensable. The commonly used foaming agent is azodiamide(AC foaming agent), and the addition of injection moulding products is 0.5 ~ 1.0 PHR, and the mold foaming products are5 ~ 6PHR. 6. Pearlescent: pearlescent formula requires the addition of pearlsin. Pearlescent has two kinds of pearl powder and pearlescent. Such as B605 pearl powder, chemical name is bismuth oxychloride, molecular formula BiOCl, bismuth salt isa kind of alkali type, were synthesized under the condition of particular, have strong ability of refraction, and PVC mixed solubility, good dispersibility, covering power is strong, not easy to break down in the process of plastic molding, and plastic products surface rendering pearl luster, rainbow increase products and beautiful. Single screw extruder from charging temperature is 120 ºC, 150 ºC, 160 ºC, 145 ºC. Particles generally do not require full plasticization, especially not allowing foaming phenomena inside the particles. (3) injection molding: the injection molding of PVC foamed sandals is used twice, the purpose of which is to ensure that the sole is foamed and the shoes do not blister. The production of foaming shoes is best to adopt the rotary injection molding machine, one machine multi-mode (8 modules or 10 models), can ensure the quality, improve the production efficiency. The foaming amount of the large base mold is controlled at 4 ~ 5mm. The foaming quantity of medium and small molds is controlled at 2 ~ 4mm. Molding temperature: central loading area 150 ~ 160 ºC, 165 ~ 170 ºC, the lower 140~ 150 ºC. The temperature control of injection molding is appropriate or not, directly affect the foaming ratio of the foaming shoes, and the time is about 60 ~ 70. The specific time is determined according to the size of the shoe, and the production cycle of each pair of shoes is about 150s. (4) paint glazing: the biggest disadvantage of PVC injection foaming shoes is that the upper surface is rough and dull and must be modified. Spray paint on the surface of the shoe. The paint is made of polyurethane varnish, cyclohexanone, butyl acetate, or polyurethane varnish used in the purchase of the market. Mould foaming slipper shoes: (1) ingredients, kneading: can be mixed with high, cold mixer or kneading machine, but ensure that the plasticizer is absorbed fully and the material is mixed evenly. Moulded plasticizing temperature 160 ~ 165 ºC, the heating steam pressure 0.686 ~ 0.784 MPa, moulded plasticizing pressure 4.9MPa, moulded plasticizing time 10 ~ 20 minutes, cooling stereotypes temperature 50 ºC, the cooling time of 20 minutes.(4) heat treatment, heat treatment under normal pressure, is the purpose of further heating the billet foam foaming of sole materials, the operation is to billet into steam heating drying room, to control the temperature of 100 ~ 130 ºC, about 10 ~15 minutes, foaming, slippers sole foamed sheet material. (5) punch and assemble: make the foaming sheet material, according to the specification and size of the slipper, blanking out the base sample of slippers, then punch and assemble with slipper shoes, and get the finished slippers.4. PVC sole of PVC sole is usually produced by hot pressing and cold pressing. Hot extrusion of PVC melt round rod is made of two series extruder, the first extrude r main plasticizing effect, after a plasticizing PVC material directly into the second extruder, further plasticizing and squeeze into the melt round rods. The round rod is cut into a certain length of rod according to the sole size, quickly into the shoe mould, adopt the cold pressing method moulding, and then make the sole of the shoe. Two series extruder temperature: first: charging period of 150 ~ 155 ºC, the period of 160 ~ 165 ºC. Second: charging period of 165 ~ 170 ºC, in the middle of 170 ~ 175 ºC, the period of 175~ 180ºC. The pressure time i s2 ~2.5m inutes.
